Services

AIserverZone (aiserverzone.net, we) provides configuration advice, quotations and sales of on-prem AI compute servers, as well as software installation, deployment and technical consulting.

Configurations, price ranges and payback estimates shown on this site are indicative only and are not a commitment to any specific product or outcome.

Quotations and orders

The tiers and price ranges produced by the Configurator are for reference only. The final price is set out in the formal quotation or contract we send you, and may change with hardware market prices, exchange rates and availability.

Payment

Orders are paid through third-party payment providers such as Paddle, whose own terms and privacy policy also apply. Completing payment means you agree to purchase the items in the quotation; except as set out in our Refund Policy, payments are generally non-refundable.

Delivery and installation

Hardware is delivered by the agreed logistics method. If you also purchase installation / deployment services, we will complete them remotely or on site at a time agreed after we receive the equipment. If delivery is delayed by suppliers or logistics, we will notify you promptly.

Ownership and software licences

Hardware becomes your property once paid in full. Accompanying or installed software is licensed under its respective licence agreements, which you must comply with; we make no warranty beyond the terms of those third-party licences.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our services, including payback estimates. Hardware quality and warranty are governed by the manufacturer warranty terms.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute will first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, it will be submitted to the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
